Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We invite you all to attend a Stake Devotional to prepare for the Yorba Linda Temple Open House.

• Date: Sunday, March 15th
• Time: 4:00-5:00 PM
• Location: Whittier Stake Center

The Whittier Stake has been assigned to fully staff the Temple Open House, from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, on April 30 and May 11.  We will also have additional assignments on June 7 when the temple is dedicated.  This is a tremendous blessing for our Stake to be so intimately involved in presenting the House of the Lord to our community, friends, and families.  However, it will also require an "all hands on deck" effort to ensure that our assigned days will run smoothly and provide an environment for people to feel the sacred nature of the building and grounds.

At the devotional, you will learn the following information:

1. What assignments need to be filled on our Open House days
2. The expectations and requirements for volunteers
3. How to volunteer to serve during the Open House
4. How to make an appoint to tour the temple during the Open House

Additionally, you will receive materials and information to help you invite friends and family members to the Open House.
